Service

FitProSearch provides a searchable directory for fitness, health, sport and wellbeing professionals. Listings, reviews, enquiries, claim requests and verification requests may be moderated before publication or action.

Accounts and Listings

Professionals are responsible for keeping listing details accurate, lawful and up to date. New listings and material edits may remain unpublished until reviewed by an admin. FitProSearch may reject, suspend or remove content that appears inaccurate, unsafe, unlawful, misleading, abusive or spam-like.

Visitor Enquiries

Visitor enquiries are stored and shared with the relevant professional. FitProSearch does not guarantee that a professional will respond, and does not endorse any professional, service, qualification, insurance statement or claim unless explicitly stated.

Reviews and Reports

Reviews must be honest, relevant and based on genuine experience. Reports and claim requests must be submitted in good faith. Admin decisions may include approval, rejection, correction, suspension, ownership transfer or closure.

Directory information is not medical, legal, financial or professional advice. Visitors should make their own checks before booking or relying on a professional.

Acceptable Use

Do not use the site to upload harmful files, scrape data, bypass access controls, submit spam, impersonate others, publish unlawful material or interfere with the service.

Liability

The site is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, FitProSearch is not liable for losses arising from professional services, third-party websites, unavailable email delivery, unavailable search results or user-submitted content.
