About these terms
Fitprosearch, EPR, London SE9 5NA operates FitProSearch. By using the service or creating an account, you agree to these terms and the acceptable-use policy. Contact michael@fitprosearch.com with service questions.
Directory service
FitProSearch helps people discover and contact independent professionals. We are not a healthcare provider, employer, agent, booking service or party to arrangements made after contact. A listing, review or trust label is not a recommendation or guarantee of identity, competence, safety, availability or outcome.
Your account and content
Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and only upload content and evidence you are authorised to use. You keep ownership of your content and give Fitprosearch a non-exclusive licence to host, process and display it only as needed to operate and promote the directory. You can end this licence by removing the content, subject to moderation, dispute, backup and legal-retention needs.
Professional checks
Users must decide whether a professional is suitable and should check current qualifications, registration, insurance, safeguarding arrangements, accessibility and regulator records where relevant. Seek qualified medical help for health concerns and contact local emergency services in an emergency.
Moderation and accounts
We may review, restrict, reject, suspend or remove content or accounts to protect users, enforce these terms or comply with law. We will use proportionate measures and give notice where appropriate. Paid status, if offered in future, will never purchase a trust or verification decision.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep the service secure and available but do not promise uninterrupted operation or that third-party information is error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, Fitprosearch is not responsible for an independent professional’s acts, services or agreements, or for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you used the service.
Changes and law
We may improve features and will give appropriate notice of material changes to these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction where consumer law permits.
