Our target
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. The service is designed for keyboard use, visible focus, reflow at 320 CSS pixels, readable contrast, labelled forms, error summaries and list alternatives to maps. Automated checks and manual keyboard, zoom and mobile reviews are part of every release.
Known limitations
Third-party map tiles may not expose all geographic detail to assistive technology; the same professionals are always available in an HTML list. User-uploaded image descriptions require ongoing moderation. We review reported barriers and prioritise fixes by impact.
