Do not impersonate another person, fabricate credentials or reviews, scrape or disrupt the service, upload malware, expose private addresses, post discriminatory or unlawful material, manipulate rankings, or use enquiries for spam, harassment or unsolicited marketing.
Professional and safety claims
Do not claim regulatory status, guaranteed health outcomes or qualifications you do not hold. Content involving minors must follow applicable safeguarding obligations and must not identify a child unnecessarily. Never upload a password, full medical record or unnecessary identity document as evidence.
Reviews
Reviews must reflect a genuine, relevant experience and must not be bought, coerced or submitted by the listed professional about themselves. We may ask for limited authenticity evidence, publish a professional response, or reject content that is unsafe, irrelevant, deceptive or cannot be sufficiently assessed. Moderation does not verify every factual statement.
Enforcement and reports
We may restrict, preserve, reject or remove content and accounts where necessary for safety, legal compliance or service integrity. We consider context, severity, repetition and risk, and keep an auditable reason for moderation decisions. Report concerns from the profile or through the contact page.
